Maxine is a dream to work with! We have gone through the process twice. It took awhile to know what we wanted. She consistently helped us look at houses. She kept in mind some things we enjoyed from our old home, like, the office area, big living room, and front porch. When we were finding a new home, we wanted to upgraded with new features like a garage, more storage, better features like a garbage disposal etc. The house we really wanted was out of our budget, but we offered what we could. Maxine was able to negotiate, make a genuine connection with the owners, and we got the house! We are truly lucky and blessed to work with a rockstar like Maxine!

Brooke has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Brooke was available to accommodate my inconsistent schedule at every request. She helped me navigate the personal issues that affected the home purchasing process. She had an answer to my never ending list of questions and eased my uncertainties about the process. She has truly gone to bat for the best interest of me and my future home. Her ability to stand up for her clients and give them the most for their dollar in unmatched. She has also helped me with recommendations for movers, lenders, cleaners, and places to furniture shop. Thanks to Brooke, the stress of home buying disappeared and I truly enjoyed the process. Katherine Jackson at ROCO real estate was phenomenal during our time finding a house. She was able to explain all the steps along the way and gave great advice on bidding on our house. Where to begin!? Maxine was incredibly patient with us while we searched for our new home. She gave us her time and attention when we weren’t quite ready, and she came through with quick showings as we found ourselves in the right position to buy. Maxine also sold our previous home in less than 24 hours when the market was rapidly cooling. She helped us get over asking price too! While we were searching for our new home, Maxine gave us several evenings of her time. Some nights we would see up to 4 houses, and once we even saw 5 houses in a night. Maxine did her research too. For every home we viewed she had ample information (seller’s disclosures, price changes, surrounding property prices, etc…). We went through multiple negotiations and went under contract for our purchase two times. Beyond our purchase, Maxine helped us put together an entire remodel of our new home. She found specific furniture and fixtures we wanted, she sourced a project team, and she ensured we were satisfied every step of the way. We would recommend Maxine and her team 10 times out of 10!!

Maxine has been SUCH a blessing to our family. We recently moved from Texas to Kentucky and she could not have been more outstanding. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Since we weren’t able to look at homes in-person, she took extra time out of her days to visit half a dozen homes for us to see via FaceTime.
